Synopsis:
Operation Mincemeat is based on a true World War II deception operation. It tells the story of British officers who come up with a plan to mislead the enemy about the Allies’ invasion plans for Sicily. They dress a corpse as a British officer and plant fake documents on it, hoping to convince the enemy that the Allies will invade elsewhere. Featuring wit, catchy pop songs, and a daring plot, Operation Mincemeat showcases the absurdity and high stakes of wartime espionage.
