Synopsis

Ankles Aweigh follows Hollywood starlet Wynne, who defies her movie contract to marry U.S. Navy lieutenant Bill Kelley. To embark on a secret honeymoon, Wynne disguises herself as a sailor and stows away on Bill’s ship. However, their romantic getaway takes a turn when they unexpectedly encounter Bill’s jealous ex-girlfriend. Ankles Aweigh offers a nostalgic romp filled with romance, chaotic moments, and plenty of surprises.
