Synopsis:

The Fields of Ambrosia is set in the rural South of 1918, where Jonas Candide arrives at a prison with the intention of executing his next two “clients” Willie and Gretchen. However, Jonas becomes enamored with Gretchen and decides to help her escape. With a plan involving hiding the chair, Jonas navigates challenges and unexpected outcomes in his quest to save Gretchen.
