Synopsis:

Lucky in the Rain is set against the backdrop of 1920s Paris, and unfolds as Henderson Booth, a new reporter, encounters Jane Wiley, a fellow expatriate who helps him secure a job at her newspaper. Over a series of miscommunications, the star-crossed lovers, Booth and Ms. Wiley, are brought into contact with the likes of Josephine Baker, Gertrude Stein, and Alice B. Toklas. But despite their divergent paths, the two eventually find their way back to each other.
