Synopsis:

Come From Away is based on the true events of September 11, 2001. The story unfolds in the small town of Gander, Newfoundland, where 38 planes were forced to land when the U.S. airspace closed. In the midst of the chaos and uncertainty, the people of Gander and nearby communities come together to welcome these “plane people” with open arms. Come From Away is a testament to the power of compassion and community in the face of adversity.
