Synopsis:

Wicked acts as a prequel to L. Frank Baum’s classic novel, The Wizard of Oz. The story revolves around the unlikely friendship between two young witches in the Land of Oz: the green-skinned Elphaba, who eventually becomes the Wicked Witch of the West, and the popular Glinda, who becomes the Good Witch of the North. As the narrative unfolds, Wicked explores the complexities of power, friendship, identity, and acceptance.
