Synopsis

The Goodbye Girl follows the ups and downs of single mother, Paula, and her daughter, Lucy, as they navigate life in New York City. When Paula’s boyfriend unexpectedly leaves her, she finds herself struggling to make ends meet while pursuing her dreams of getting back into the dance scene. The Goodbye Girl explores themes of love, friendship, and resilience as Paula and Lucy learn to trust each other and open their hearts to new possibilities.
