Synopsis:

Can-Can tells the story of dance hall owner La Môme Pistache, who defies the law by allowing her dancers to perform the scandalous dance, the Can-Can. As the authorities, led by Judge Aristide Forestier, attempt to shut them down, love interests emerge, including the romance between the free-spirited Pistache and the principled judge. Can-Can is a celebration of love, freedom, and the spirit of bohemian Paris.
