Synopsis:

Kismet centers around Hajj, a poetic beggar who unexpectedly finds himself elevated to the position of the Emir. This twist of fate leads to a series of adventures, romances, and comic misunderstandings. As Hajj navigates his newfound status, he becomes entangled with the beautiful and spirited Marsinah, the scheming Wazir, and the lovelorn Caliph. Kismet celebrates the idea that destiny can be a mysterious and delightful force.
