Synopsis:

Dogfight is about a group of young marines who are about to be deployed to Vietnam. On their last night in San Francisco, the marines engage in a competition, where each aims to bring the ugliest date to a party. Eddie Birdlace, one of the marines, meets Rose Fenny, a kind and unsuspecting waitress, and invites her to the party. As the night progresses, Eddie’s perspective begins to change as he discovers the true beauty within her. The musical explores themes of compassion, acceptance, and the capacity for change.
