Synopsis:

Best Foot Forward follows Bud Hooper, student at Winsocki Military Academy, who impulsively invites Hollywood actress Gale Joy to be his prom date. What starts as a fan letter turns into a publicity stunt when Gale’s manager sees opportunity in the invitation. As Gale arrives at Winsocki, Bud abandons his date to accompany her, eventually leading to a riot at the prom. Best Foot Forward is a blend of comedy, romance, and Hollywood glamour with a bit of chaos sprinkled on top.
